We handle the basic upkeep: dusting, vacuuming, and making sure the surfaces stay clean. It helps prevent your apartment from looking unattended or neglected over time.

Turnover & Deep Clean
We provide a full reset of the apartment to prepare it for the next tenant. Every area is cleaned thoroughly — including corners, inside cabinets, windows, the oven, and the fridge — leaving the space fresh, clean, and well maintained.

Emergency Clean
In case of last minute urgencies, we get the property back on track quickly.

Maintenance Clean
From 21 000 HUF (3-hour minimum)
- Additional time is charged at 3500 HUF per 30 minutes.
- SOS fee (same day): + 15 000 HUF (subject to availability)

Deep Clean
From 36 000 HUF (4-hour minimum)
- Additional time is charged at 4500 HUF per 30 minutes.
- SOS fee (within 24 hours): +15 000 HUF (subject to availability)
- Professional eco-friendly cleaning supplies
- Clear photo updates after each visit for full transparency
- In case special equipment is required (e.g. heavy-duty machine cleaning), we’ll confirm the cost in advance.

How do I know the job was actually done if I’m abroad?
We will send before-and-after photos directly to your inbox or WhatsApp after every session. You will see the exact state of your apartment in real-time.
What happens if something gets broken during cleaning?
We are fully insured. Our service includes comprehensive liability insurance, so if an accident occurs, the insurance covers the damages—it won’t be your problem or cost.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or vacuum cleaners?
We can use your supplies, or we offer professional-grade chemicals for +3,000 HUF, and industrial equipment (like high-performance vacuum and steam cleaners) for +8,000 HUF per session.
How will you get inside the apartment?
We can pick up keys from property management offices, use key-safes, or coordinate with your tenants directly.
What is the difference between Regular Maintenance and Deep Cleaning?
Regular Maintenance is about surface upkeep. We focus on the visible areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and basic cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom. It’s designed to keep a home looking in order on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Deep Cleaning (Turnover) is a top-to-bottom reset. We go where regular cleaning doesn’t: inside cabinets, behind appliances, scrubbing limescale, and cleaning windows or tracks. It’s a much more intensive process to make the apartment feel brand new for a new tenant.
I’m in trouble and in need of an emergency clean. Can you help?
Yes, we offer an Emergency / Last-Minute (SOS) service for situations needing a miracle asap. There is a 15,000 HUF surcharge for these priority bookings, subject to our current availability.
How do you calculate the final price?
Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. We charge for the actual time spent on-site, billed in 30-minute blocks after the initial 3- or 4-hour minimum.
For larger jobs, we may send more than one cleaner to minimize cleaning time and respect your privacy. In these cases, we provide a tailored quote.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No, payment is made after the cleaning is completed.
We prefer to charge based on the actual time and work required, as it’s not always possible to accurately estimate every detail in advance. This way, you only pay for what was truly needed.
Our pricing is transparent: the hourly rate covers all standard cleaning tasks, including windows and appliances, with no hidden fees. Special equipment (e.g., heavy-duty machine cleaning) is the only exception and is always confirmed in advance.
What if I am not satisfied with the quality?
If a job isn’t up to our standards or yours, just let us know. I will personally handle the situation and immediately send another professional to fix it. You won’t have to spend a single minute searching for a replacement from abroad.
